Tomato Soup. One of my favorites, and when I feel the warmth it’s a reminder that life can slow down, I can slow down.
Lately I’ve caught myself going into hyper speed over the silliest tasks. Everything needs finished yesterday, I need to learn how to self-love ten years ago, I need to shed this skin and immediately be the happiest, healthiest and fittest version of myself…. amongst other ridiculous timelines. As much as I would like to expedite it, my self-love journey is just going to take as much time as it needs; no rushing in this phase.
I am a huge advocate for therapy, but right now I am healing and growing in so many positive ways with what I’m doing. ** I have still been applying approaches I learned through sessions from the past. I am truly the most self-aware version of my adult self I have ever met.
Life can be heavy, remember to breathe. Deeply.
Thanks for breathing with Chee. Namaste.
